Two directions, one platform

For 25 years we have maintained enterprise infrastructure for T-Mobile, PZU, Orange, BASF and Samsung. We give employers access to a database of specialists, and candidates — projects you won't find on any job board.

For employers

You need a specialist, not a recruitment agency

Body leasing, team augmentation, full competence outsourcing. Average tenure of our people: 12+ years. Senior matching time: 3–10 days.

  • Body leasing — 1 person (B2B / contract)
  • Team augmentation — 3–5 people
  • Maintenance outsourcing (e.g. middleware)
  • Stack: WebLogic, WebSphere, Java EE, K8s, Linux

Two tracks, one calendar

On the left: from your enquiry to an engineer in production. On the right: from application to an offer with a rate on the table. Every step has a time budget, and the totals sit above each track — you can add them up. Open a step to see what happens inside it.

For employers

From enquiry to an engineer in production

10working days
  1. 01 Technical brief24 h A call with an engineer, not with HR. We write down the stack, the versions and your rejection criteria. + step detail − collapse

We ask what a recruiter never asks: which WebLogic version, whether the cluster sits on RAC, who keeps the runbooks, what the real SLA is and who signed it. If that call tells us we do not have anyone in your stack, you hear it on day one — not in week three.

  2. 02 Profiles from our bench3 days Two to four anonymised CVs with the result of a technical screen. Not twenty profiles for you to sift through. + step detail − collapse

The screen is run by our own engineer from the same stack, not by an online test. Each profile comes with a note: what the person ran in production, what they did not, and where they will need support at the start. We write the weak spots ourselves — we do not wait for you to find them in the interview.

  3. 03 Interviews with your team2 days We schedule, you decide. One round, no assessment centre. + step detail − collapse

The calendar is on our side — we do not send you off to agree slots with the candidate. If your team needs a second round we run it, but the process then moves by two days and we say so immediately, not after the fact.

  4. 04 Contract, NDA, access3 days Contract, NDA, DPA, onboarding into the environment and into your change process. + step detail − collapse

We have NDA and DPA templates ready; if your legal team has its own, we work on theirs. Access requests, VPN and accounts run in parallel. Honestly: this is the one step whose timing depends mostly on you. If granting permissions takes two weeks at your end, day 10 moves by those two weeks.

  5. 05 First ticketday 10 The engineer starts on real work, not on a month of reading documentation. + step detail − collapse

The first two weeks are a trial period. If the person does not fit we swap them at no cost — you pay only for the hours worked. It usually comes down to an incomplete brief, so we go back to step 01, not to a pile of CVs.

When it takes longer

A niche stack (WebLogic 12c, WAS 8.5, Tuxedo) — realistically two weeks. A team of three to five — four to six weeks. We tell you in step 01, not in week three.

For candidates

From application to an offer with a rate

12working days
  1. 01 Application15 min CV optional. Your stack, years in production and a link to something you built is enough. + step detail − collapse

No account, no ATS, no retyping your CV field by field. If you have a current CV, attach the file. If you do not, five sentences about what you run and at what scale is enough for a first conversation.

  2. 02 A reply from a human48 h Including when the answer is no. Always with a reason, never „we are not proceeding at this time”. + step detail − collapse

An engineer or the person running the process writes back, not an autoresponder. If the answer is no, we say what was missing and whether it is worth coming back in six months. If you have no reply after 48 hours, write to [email protected] — it means something slipped on our side.

  3. 03 Technical interview45 min With a FlexNet engineer from your stack. No logic tests, no whiteboard. + step detail − collapse

We talk about environments you actually ran: what broke, how you found it, what you would do differently. You can say „I do not know” — that is a better answer than guessing, and we score it that way.

  4. 04 Interview with the client60 min You meet the team and the environment you would actually work in. By name, not by description. + step detail − collapse

Before the call you get from us: who the client is, the scale of the environment and what the role actually covers. No „a large client in the financial sector” that you only get to identify on the day. On that basis you can say no before the interview even happens — turning something down does not remove you from our database.

  5. 05 Decision and rateday 12 A concrete rate on the table. Not „the range to be agreed at the next stage”. + step detail − collapse

A decision within a week of the last stage. It comes with the rate, the contract length, the working mode and the list of certifications we fund in your first year. If the decision is no, you hear it the same day as everyone else.

Three scales of cooperation, three kinds of project

On the left: how large a slice we take on. On the right: what you would actually be working on.

For employers
  1. One1 contractor

    Body leasing

A senior from our bench on a B2B contract. Twelve years of experience on average, narrow stack.

  2. Team3–5 people

    Team augmentation

One consistent stack, one point of contact, one contract. We scale both ways during the engagement.

  3. All of itaudit → 24/7

    Competence outsourcing

We answer for the environment staying up, not for the hours logged.

For candidates
  1. RunSLA in the contract

    Production environments

Banking, telco, energy, insurance. Systems where the penalty clause is on page one of the contract.

  2. Migrateproject with an end

    Stack modernisation

WebLogic → Kubernetes, WebSphere → Liberty, on-prem → cloud. Closed scope, a real end date.

  3. Buildnew team

    AI + blockchain

Data tokenisation, on-chain ML attestations, zk-ML — shipped at clients the size of T-Mobile, not at hackathons. Three profiles in open roles.

On what terms

No asterisks. Anything not in this table we agree case by case, and we say so in the first conversation.

For employers
Billing
Hourly or daily rate, monthly invoice with a time report. Fixed price for closed scopes: audits, migrations.
Trial period
Two weeks — step 05 of the process. Swap at no cost, you pay only for the hours worked.
Paperwork
NDA and DPA as standard, templates ready. Your legal team has its own? We work on theirs.
Security
Vetted specialists with experience in regulated environments: banking, telco, energy.
Scaling
Up and down during the engagement. One point of contact and one contract regardless of headcount.
Exit
Runbooks, configuration and documentation live in your repository from day one. On the way out we hand over knowledge to your team — no „only we know this” stage.
For candidates
Projects
Banking, telco, energy, insurance. Critical environments, not marketing scrums.
Rate
Above the market median for the middleware stack (Bulldogjob 2026). Negotiable, no magic „ranges”.
Certifications
Oracle, IBM, Red Hat, Linux Foundation — course and exam on us. No clawback clauses like „three years after certification”.
Working mode
Hybrid (one to two office days) or fully remote. Part of the stack periodically needs the client's data centre — we put that in the posting.
Contract type
B2B contract, employment contract for selected roles. No fake B2B with a mandatory eight hours a day.
After the contract
When the project at the client ends, we look for the next one. We flag an approaching end as soon as we know ourselves — not in the final week.

Questions the rest of this page does not answer

For employers
I need someone for a week, not a year. Is that possible?
Yes, but under a month it is usually an audit or an intervention rather than body leasing — we bill a fixed price for the scope, not for hours. The start is often faster than 10 days, because onboarding into the change process drops out.
What if the person does not fit the team?
The first two weeks are a trial period. If the person does not fit we swap them at no cost — you pay only for the hours worked. It usually comes down to an incomplete brief, so we go back to the technical brief, not to a pile of CVs.
For candidates
What do you expect from a candidate?
A narrow stack and deep knowledge. We would rather take a specialist with eight years of WebLogic than a „full-stack” who knows twelve technologies superficially. Plus: an understanding of enterprise (change processes, audits, ITIL), the ability to talk to a client, and independence.
What happens when the contract at the client ends?
We look for the next project and we flag an approaching end as soon as we know ourselves. If we have no match at that moment, we say so plainly instead of keeping you on the hook with „something is coming”.
