Hardware & software — from audit to handover

You are not buying "a box with a processor" — you are buying infrastructure that needs to run for 5 years. We audit your requirements, select the configuration, deliver and deploy. Servers, storage arrays, networking, Oracle / IBM / Microsoft licences. Advisory rather than sales.

01 / How we buy

Four steps. From audit to handover

We do not sell from a catalogue. We first ask what needs to work and for how long, then select the configuration. That is the difference between an integrator and a wholesaler.

1

Requirements audit

Technical session with your team. Number of users, workload, SLA, RPO/RTO, integrations, growth plan. Zero "what's the budget".

3–7 business days
2

Quote + variants

2–3 configuration variants: economy / recommended / future-proof. With partner discounts, warranties, 5-year service costs.

24 h after audit
3

Delivery

Logistics, customs clearance, delivery to client's data centre or our DC. SN tracking, warranty documents, accessories included.

3 days – 10 weeks
4

Deployment + handover

Installation, configuration, integration with existing environment. Smoke tests, documentation, team training, handover protocol.

1–4 weeks

05 / Purchase models

Three billing formats. CapEx, OpEx, hybrid

Different financing models make sense in different situations. Outright purchase yields the lowest 5-year TCO, leasing relieves the investment budget, subscription eliminates capital expenditure entirely. We help you choose.

Outright purchase

Classic CapEx — hardware owned outright, standard invoice.

CapEx · ownership · depreciation
  • Hardware becomes your fixed asset
  • Accounting depreciation 5–7 years
  • Lowest 5-year TCO (no commission)
  • Full control over lifecycle
  • Modification and upgrade possible
  • Ideal for stable PROD infrastructure
Choose purchase

Subscription / HW-as-a-Service

Full OpEx — hardware + support + refresh in one monthly price.

OpEx · pay-per-use · 24/7 SLA
  • Zero capital, zero depreciation
  • Hardware + service + replacement bundled
  • Scale up / scale down monthly
  • Vendor: Dell APEX, HPE GreenLake
  • Hardware refresh at no extra cost after term
  • Ideal for variable workloads
Choose subscription

Regulated environment (KNF, ISO 27001, public sector) or public procurement? Let's talk about an Enterprise package — tender participation, ESPD, audit reports, invoices in PLN/EUR/USD.

06 / FAQ

Frequently asked questions

No answer here? Write to us — a lead engineer replies, not a salesperson.

What discounts do I get versus buying direct?
It depends on the manufacturer and volume. Typically up to 14% off list prices on hardware — depending on the vendor, volume and whether the project can be registered with the distributor. For Oracle / IBM software: programme discounts (Universal License Agreement, Enterprise License Agreement), volume licensing, education pricing. Microsoft: MPSA, Open Value, EA with negotiated volume discounts. The exact figure is provided in the quote after a needs audit — buying "blindly" lowers discounts because the vendor can see you don't know what you want.
Do you supply refurbished / off-lease equipment?
Yes — when it makes economic sense. Refurbished servers Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, IBM System x with OEM warranty (Dell Refurbished, HPE Renew) or our extended warranty. Typical savings 40–60% vs. new. Recommended for DEV/TEST/DR or legacy environments. For critical PROD we generally recommend new — warranty, support level and lifecycle predictability outweigh the 50% saving.
How long does enterprise hardware delivery take?
Stock hardware from Polish warehouses (typical stock configurations): 3–7 business days. Standard configurations Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, Lenovo ThinkSystem: 2–4 weeks (assembled in EU factories). Custom configurations NetApp/Pure arrays, IBM Power, Oracle Exadata: 4–10 weeks (build-to-order, often from the US). Software licences: usually 24–48 h from order (ESD — key by email). Urgent orders — we have stock partners for 48 h delivery of popular configurations (1U/2U Intel/AMD).
What does "deployment" include?
Depends on scope, but typically: (1) Delivery and unpacking at the data centre (planned logistics, DC slot). (2) Rack mounting, power, network and OOB management connections. (3) Firmware installation (latest BIOS/iDRAC/iLO/IMM versions). (4) Configuration RAID, networking, base OS. (5) Smoke tests — memory, drive, network stress tests. (6) As-built documentation (diagram, IP plan, S/N, serial keys). (7) Handover with the client's team. Application configuration (e.g. Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere) — as a separate deployment package.
How does warranty and after-sales service work?
Manufacturer warranty: 3-year Next Business Day on-site as standard, optionally 5-year 24/7/4h Mission Critical (Dell ProSupport Plus, HPE Foundation Care, IBM Premium Support). Our post-sale care: ticket management with the manufacturer (single point of contact), escalations, S/N and contract management. 5/8 and 7/24 packages available — see Oracle WebLogic / packages. RMA: we manage the process, the client receives replacement hardware — no waiting in the manufacturer's queue.
Do you buy for the public sector (ESPD)?
Yes. Experience in public procurement (Polish Public Procurement Law) and EU procedures. We submit bids together with documentation: ESPD, criminal record certificates, ZUS, tax clearance, professional liability insurance (PLN 5 million), references from public-sector clients. Public-sector clients: Central Statistical Office, central government agencies, regional authorities. We issue invoices in PLN, proforma invoices and foreign-currency invoices (EUR, USD) when required. We adhere to standard public-sector payment terms (30 days from delivery).
