Can you migrate 11g → 12c or 14c without production downtime?
Yes, two approaches: (1) In-place upgrade — faster (1–2 days), but requires a maintenance window; (2) Side-by-side — parallel 12c/14c environment, domain/application migration, switchover (zero downtime with load balancer).
